• 9 Medium Red Chillies
  • 8 Garlic Cloves
  • 6 Freshzest Coriander
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Cup Sugar
  • 1 Cup Coconut Vinegar
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 2 tbs Fish Sauce
  • Freshzest Coriander

Sweet Chilli Sauce.


Preparation Time: 15 Minutes

Serving Size: makes 2 Medium Jars, about 500ml

  1. Roughly chop Chillies and place in a small food processor along with Garlic Cloves, Coriander Roots and salt. Blend into a paste of until it is a reasonably smooth texture.
  2. Add this mixture to a Saucepan and add the sugar, coconut vinegar and water. Simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off heat and add fish sauce. Cool. Garnish with Coriander Leaves when you serve it.
