• 4 slices farmers rye bread
  • 200g sliced smoked Atlantic salmon
  • 50g spreadable cream cheese
  • Freshzest Micro Watercress
  • Freshzest Micro Garlic Chives
  • fine zest of lemon

Smoked Salmon Open Sandwich with Micro Herbs.

  1. Spread cream cheese on rye bread, top with salmon, micro herbs and lemon zest.
  2. Serve!
