• 5 free-range eggs
  • 100ml pure cream
  • 50g unsalted butter
  • 4 slices rye bread, toasted & buttered
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • Freshzest Micro Chervil
  • Freshzest Micro Watercress

Scrambled Eggs with Grilled Asparagus.

Serving Size: 2

  1. Preheat BBQ on high.
  2. Beat eggs & fold in cream.
  3. BBQ asparagus, approx. 2 min on each side.
  4. Melt butter in a heavy based saucepan over a low heat. Add egg mix & stir until eggs are soft & cooked.
  5. Serve with freshly cut micro herbs on top.
