• 1kg Potatoes
  • 2-3 tbs Olive Oil
  • 1 tbs Freshzest Thyme - savoury, Finely chopped
  • 1 tbs Freshzest Rosemary, Finely chopped
  • To taste Ground Salt and Pepper

  1. Skin potatoes and chop into 2cm cubes. Place in a bowl and cook in microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large non-stick fry pan and add potatoes. Add herbs and season with salt and pepper. Cook until golden and crispy. Serve.
