• 1 large brown onion, sliced
  • 1 large handful button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large can tuna in brine, drained
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 300 ml cream
  • 2 tablespoons Freshzest Chives, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Freshzest Dill, chopped
  • 30 gm butter
  • to taste salt & pepper

Quick Tuna Pasta with Chives & Dill.

Preparation Time: 30 mins

Cooking Time: 30 mins

Serving Size: 4

  1. Slowly fry onions in butter until golden
  2. Toss in mushrooms and soften
  3. Add drained tuna and stir, breaking up the tuna as you stir
  4. Stir in tomato paste and cream and simmer for a few minutes
  5. Mix through herbs and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with pasta ansd garnish with a sprig of dill.
