- 500gm potato, coarsely grated and drained in a fine sieve
- 1 small onion, very finely chopped
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper
- 30g flour
- 1 punnet Freshzest Dill, chopped

Potato Latki.
- Place drained potato in a bowl. Add chopped onion, egg, salt and pepper, chopped dill and flour. Mix well.
- Oil a frying pan or BBQ plate. Place a tablespoon of the mixture in the hot pan or plate and pat out a little.
- Cook until golden, turn pressing a little. Place on a wire rack in the oven while you cook the remaining latki.
- Serve hot, topped with sour cream, and slices of smoked salmon or gravalax of salmon.
