• 5 large Pears (Packham are good), peeled, cored and sectioned into 6 or 8 pieces
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 tblspn brown sugar
  • 2 springs Freshzest Rosemary

Pears with Rosemary.


Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes

Serving Size: 8

  1. Put all ingredients into a covered pot and simmer gently for 15-20 minutes. Turn off when just cooked. They are best not too soft.
  2. Serve with cream, ice-cream or yoghurt.
