• 4 large lemons
  • 1 punnet Freshzest Mint
  • 200gm sugar, (or to taste)
  • 1 litre ginger ale

Mint Lemonade.

  1. Squeeze and strain lemons. Add the sugar and stir until it has dissolved. Add mint and some ice cubes.
  2. Just before serving, add the ginger ale.
