- 1/2 continental cucumber, peeled and grated
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 375gm sheep's yoghurt, (or greek yoghurt)
- 1 punnet Freshzest Mint

- 2 teaspoons honey
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 15ml lemon juice
Mint & Cucumber Salad.
- Mix cucumber with garlic, yoghurt, mint and honey. Stir thoroughly.
- Add salt and pepper to taste and freshen with lemon juice.
- Serve with grilled meat or fish.
