• 1/2 continental cucumber, peeled and grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 375gm sheep's yoghurt, (or greek yoghurt)
  • 1 punnet Freshzest Mint
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 15ml lemon juice

Mint & Cucumber Salad.

  1. Mix cucumber with garlic, yoghurt, mint and honey. Stir thoroughly.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste and freshen with lemon juice.
  3. Serve with grilled meat or fish.
