• 4 punnets Freshzest Coriander
  • 2 punnets Freshzest Mint
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2 green chillis, very finely chopped
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 50gm grated coconut
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • salt, to taste

Mint and Coriander Chutney.

  1. Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. A little hot water may be added if extra moisture is required. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve with Indian curries.
