- 4 punnets Freshzest Coriander

- 2 punnets Freshzest Mint

- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 green chillis, very finely chopped
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 50gm grated coconut
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- salt, to taste
Mint and Coriander Chutney.
- Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. A little hot water may be added if extra moisture is required. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve with Indian curries.
