• 1 ripe honeydew melon
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup Freshzest Mint

Honeydew and Mint Ice.


Preparation Time: 20 Minutes + 6 hours to Freeze

Serving Size: 1 medium sized ice cream container

  1. Prep Honeydew melon by removing the skin and slicing into small chunks. Place in blender, a little at a time and blend into a puree. Add the lime juice, sugar and mint until fully processed.
  2. Place the puree in a container and place in freezer for approximately 6 hours. To serve, use a spoon and scrape so that it almost shreds the ice. If you have an ice shredder you can freeze into the shredder containers and use the machine to shred.
