• 2 avocados
  • 25gm salad onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chilli, finely chopped – avoid large pieces
  • 1 tomato, skinned, seeded and coarsely chopped
  • 1 punnet Freshzest Coriander
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Mash avocados coarsely with a fork – this dip should be chunky and not a puree. Combine all ingredients, adding chilli gradually to taste. Season.
  2. If not using immediately, add a little lemon juice and cover with cling wrap to prevent discolouring. Use as a dip or with tacos. It is also excellent with grilled steak.
