- 2 avocados
- 25gm salad onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon chilli, finely chopped – avoid large pieces
- 1 tomato, skinned, seeded and coarsely chopped
- 1 punnet Freshzest Coriander

- salt and pepper, to taste
Guacamole.
- Mash avocados coarsely with a fork – this dip should be chunky and not a puree. Combine all ingredients, adding chilli gradually to taste. Season.
- If not using immediately, add a little lemon juice and cover with cling wrap to prevent discolouring. Use as a dip or with tacos. It is also excellent with grilled steak.
