• 1/2 fresh coconut, finely grated
  • 1 large green mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds, ground finely
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, ground finely
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1cm sliced ginger, chopped
  • 6 green chillies, chopped finely
  • 1/2 teaspoon tumeric powder
  • 1 heaped teaspoon sugar
  • salt, to taste
  • 4 punnets Freshzest Coriander

Fresh Green Chutney.

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Add salt to taste.
  2. Serve with curries or use as a dip with pappadams.
