- 1/2 fresh coconut, finely grated
- 1 large green mango, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds, ground finely
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, ground finely
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1cm sliced ginger, chopped
- 6 green chillies, chopped finely
- 1/2 teaspoon tumeric powder
- 1 heaped teaspoon sugar
- salt, to taste
- 4 punnets Freshzest Coriander

Fresh Green Chutney.
- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor. Add salt to taste.
- Serve with curries or use as a dip with pappadams.
