• 600h Linguini
  • 1 1/2 cups Frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 Long Red Chilli, deseeded and thinly sliced
  • 500g Cooked Crab Meat
  • 1 Lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 bunch Freshzest Parsley - Continental

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

  1. Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions, adding the peas for the final 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and place aside.
  2. In a large sauce pan place garlic, chilli and oil and heat to a medium heat. Add crabmeat and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the crab is warmed through. Add pasta and peas to the pan, and stir. Add lemon zest, lemon juice and parlsey and combine thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper and serve. Great with parmesan as well!
