• 2 Bunches Freshzest Coriander, Washed, Dried and Finely Chopped
  • 3 Ripe Tomatoes, De-seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 Small Red Onion, Finely Chopped
  • 4 Fresh Red Birdseye Chillies, Halved, Deseeded and Finely chopped
  • 1 large Garlic Clove, Finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbs Fresh Lemon Juice
  • To taste Salt and Ground Pepper

Serving Size: 1 Large Bowl

  1. Prepare ingredients and keep aside some chilli seeds if you prefer a hot salsa.
  2. Place the coriander, tomatoes, onion, chillies, garlic, oil and lemon juice in a medium bowl and stir well. Taste and garnish to taste with extra chilli seeds, salt, pepper and lemon juice if needed. Serve with Corn Chips or on grilled chicken or steak.
