• 4 prime rib beef steaks
  • 1 punnet Freshzest Parsley - Continental
  • 3 cloves of garlic, peeled
  • 2 tbsp Freshzest Oregano
  • 1/2 C extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tspn sea salt
  • 1/4 tspn fresh ground black pepper
  • mashed potato for 4 people
  • Freshzest Micro Radish
  • Freshzest Micro Watercress

BBQ Prime Rib with Chimichura.

Serving Size: 4

  1. Turn BBQ on high & pre-heat for 15 min.
  2. Take out ribs from fridge & season well with sea salt & cracked black pepper.
  3. Place parsley, garlic, oregano, oil, vinegar, salt & pepper into food processor & blend to a smooth paste.
  4. Brush rib lightly with oil & bbq to your liking. Allow to rest. Top with micro herbs.
  5. Serve on mash with chimichura on the side.
