• 30ml red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon mild mustard
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 60ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 punnet Freshzest Basil – Green, chopped

Basil Dressing.

  1. Mix all ingredients in a food processor. If the dressing is sharp and yet oily, add a little more salt.
  2. This dressing is superb on ripe, sliced tomatoes, sprinkled with ground pepper and ‘drizzled’ with the basil dressing.
