  • 2 Sheets Ready Rolled Short Cut Pastry, Thawed

Bacon and Chive Tarts.

Serving Size: 12 Small Tarts

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degree’s Celcius. Cook bacon rasher until golden over a medium heat and remove to a paper towel to drain.
  2. Place eggs, cream, salt, pepper and chives in a bowl, and whisk until combined. Using a medium sized biscuit cutter (7cm), cut out 12 rounds from the pastry and press them into a lightly greased mini tart pan. Cut bacon into small pieces and spread evenly across the tarts. Fill each tart almost to the top with the egg mixture, but be careful not to overfill. Bake for 15 minutes or until slightly golden. Serve.
