• 3 large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup Raw Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Canola Oil
  • 1 1/2 cups Plain Flower
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 3 cups Granny Smith Apples, peeled and shredded
  • 1/4 cup Freshzest Sage, finely chopped
  • Butter

Apple and Sage Cake.

Serving Size: 1 medium cake

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degree’s celcius. Prepare, butter and line a large cake tin.
  2. Add eggs, sugar and oil to a large bowl and whisk until combined. Add flour, baking soda, salt and mix until combined. Add apples and sage and ensure the mix is thoroughly mixed.
  3. Pour batter into cake tin and place in oven. Cook until the tester comes out clean, around 25-30 minutes. When cooked cool and serve.
