• 20 whole green tiger prawns
  • 300g angel hair pasta
  • 100ml good quality olive oil
  • 2 small red chillies, de-seeded & finely sliced
  • 3 cloves of garlic, peeled & finely sliced
  • Freshzest Micro Basil
  • Freshzest Micro Chervil
  • sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut in wedges

Angel Hair Pasta with BBQ Prawn and Lemon .

Serving Size: 4

  1. Place large pot of water & 2 tbsp of salt on high heat & bring to boil.
  2. Heat oil in large heavy based saucepan over low to medium heat & add chillies and garlic. Fry until garlic is starting to lightly colour.
  3. Remove the garlic & chillies from the oil (strain thru fine sieve).
  4. Add pasta to water & cook to al dente (follow instructions on pack).
  5. Place pan & oil back on medium heat & add the prawns & cook for 2 minutes on each side.
  6. Remove from prawns from pan & set aside.
  7. Add the pasta when it is cooked (do not refresh) with the garlic & chillies into pan with oil. Fold in the prawns & serve immediately.
  8. Top with freshly cut micro greens & serve lemon & freshly cracked pepper & sea salt.
