Great For - Thai red curry, seafood, pasta dishes, chilli sauce

This chilli is a vibrant red with a spicy hot flavour. It is more mild than it's green counterpart, but will still add zing to any dish!

To reduce heat, remove seed before use.

Selecting - Look for vibrant red colouring, free from major blemishes.

Storing - Keep refrigerated.
