Freshzest is lucky to have a loyal team with many years of experience.

Greg Dell

Greg has been with Freshzest for over 15 years and is currently serving as our General Manager, based at our Pound Creek site. This newly created role sees Greg responsible for the operational side of the business including management of the Freshzest Quality Management System as well as finding new ways to improve efficiency and boost productivity. Greg is married to Naomi and they have two young daughters, Phoebe and Lucy. Greg’s favourite herb is coriander.

Suzi Davison

Suzi is the Farm Manager at our Caniaba property in northern NSW. She oversees the day-to-day running of the farm ensuring that orders are filled and productivity targets are met. She has been with Freshzest for over 3 years, coming from a business management and sales background. Suzi has two children, Matthew (who also works for Freshzest) and Laila. Suzi’s favourite herb is green basil.

Craig Fisher

Craig is the Farm Manager for our Pound Creek site in South Gippsland, Victoria. He is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the farm ensuring that orders are met and productivity targets are attained. Craig has been with Freshzest for five years, originally as our Purchasing and Logistics Manager, and is a qualified accountant. Craig is married to Deb and they have two daughters, Heidi and Katie. Craig’s favourite herb is lemon thyme.

Drew Scott

Drew joined the Freshzest team in August 2010 as the Purchasing and Logistics Manager, based at our Pound Creek farm. He is responsible for managing orders from Freshzest customers along with sourcing new products and suppliers. In addition Drew looks after all of our logistical arrangements to make sure every bunch makes a swift arrival at its final destination. A trained chef, Drew also acts as our own in-house flavour consultant providing advice on recipes and new product developments. Drew is married to Khaseem and they are the proud parents of Winter and Violet.
