In 2010 Freshzest continues to expand its capacity and focus on research and development (R&D) to set new benchmarks in meeting and stimulating demand for premium quality culinary herbs.

R&D projects currently being undertaken include new product trials, initiatives aimed at improving shelf-life, crossbreeding for stronger, tastier varieties and new pest management systems. Whilst not every project pans out as expected, they all contribute to our internal bank of knowledge and help Freshzest to maintain its market leading position.
