The herb business in Australia is growing each year at a consistent rate of 5-10%. The fresh culinary herb industry is a strange model as far as the wider produce industry goes. Many of our competitors at Freshzest are also our suppliers, and at different times of the year we also supply product directly to our competitors. It’s an interesting way to do business but most of the time it works out for the best.
